A producers' cooperative.

Founded in Moixent in 1951, the Sant Pere del Camp Cooperative was established with a clear purpose: to unite the farmers of La Costera to protect their production and obtain the best conditions for their harvests.

75 years later, we remain the same.

An organization of people, not of industry.

From the olive tree to the bottle.

We control every stage. From the ripening of the olives in the field to the final packaging.

Harvesting in October and November.
Cold extraction at 20°C in two phases, without adding water. Two production lines: 100 and 40 tons per day.

Each batch analyzed in an accredited laboratory. HACCP system and certified complete traceability. All in high-quality stainless steel.

Our partners immediately know the exact yield of their olives thanks to our latest generation analyzers.

La Grossal.
A unique variety in the world.

The main variety of our oils only exists in these regions. Native to Moixent and adapted for generations to this land.

A large fruit, high in polyphenols and chlorophyll pigments. An intense green, fruity oil with a unique character you won't find anywhere else in the world.

Over 700 units of polyphenols. Especially beneficial for cardiovascular and neuroprotective health.
