Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

FORMAT: 250 ml  glass bottle, boxes of 12 units. 

Prepared and packaged by Cooperativa V. “Sant Pere” de Moixent (Valencia).

VARIETIES:  Grossal (100%)

ACIDITY LEVEL:  0.1% oleic acid

Extraction System: Cold extraction in two phases at 20º

Altitude: 350 meters above sea level.

Intense green, clean. Intense fruity, bitter green. Aroma: green olives, freshly cut grass, banana skin and ripe tomato.  Taste: bitter, slightly spicy, bramble buds, tender nut, arugula and olive leaves.

Match with any dish, especially salads, desserts, fresh vegetables, sauces, fish, fresh cheese and cottage cheese.

Our oil “PAGOS DEL GUERRER” has been awarded for four consecutive editions (2014-2017) as BEST EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL OF THE VALENCIA COMMUNITY in the Utiel Contest. In 2019 it received the Best Monovarietal Special Mention in this same contest. Also, a gold medal in the PROAVA 2015, 2016 and 2017 oil competition and a silver medal in 2019.
